On May 2nd, 2021 we gathered near the Unisphere in Flushing Park to celebrate what unites the spirit of Escuelita en Casa: Americanity. Standing in front of the aluminum sphere, visualizing the piece of metal that represents us as a single piece, we sang the Pan-American Anthem uniting our desire to grow together and in peace. We celebrated our America, the soul that covers this piece of land we were born or grew up or came to; that! which unites us to educate the Americans of the future.
El 2 de mayo de 2021 nos reunimos cerca de Unisphere en Flushing Park para celebrar lo que une el espíritu de Escuelita en Casa: la americanidad. Parados frente a la esfera de aluminio, visualizando la pieza de metal que nos representa como una sola pieza, cantamos el Himno Panamericano uniendo nuestras las ganas de crecer juntos y en paz. Juntos celebramos a nuestra América, el alma que cubre este pedazo de tierra en el que nacimos, crecimos o llegamos; eso que nos une para educar a los estadounidenses del futuro.
